- 2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
- 2.2 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
- 2.3 This contract is covered by English law.
- 2.4 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.
- 3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
- 3.2 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
- 3.3 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or PayPal.
- 3.4 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

- 4.1 An email detailing courses purchased and how to log on to courses will be sent once we are in receipt of payment.
- 4.2 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your course as planned. These might include things such as loss of internet. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your course.
- 5.1 Wirehouse Employer Services Limited operate a 14 day returns policy when purchasing E Learning modules as a standalone product. This does not apply to any other Service offered by Wirehouse Employer Services Limited.
- 5.2 If you purchase E Learning modules from Wirehouse Employer Services Limited, you’re entitled to a full refund within 14 days. Refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of purchase.
- 5.3 This policy is subject to fair usage. If any staff members have fully completed a training course, or Wirehouse deems the Client to have attempted to take advantage of the modules before claiming a refund, this policy will be invalidated.
- 5.4 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.
- 5.5 We will refund all monies paid to us by you within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract.
- 6.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
- 6.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.
- 7.1 Orders may only be cancelled with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by a Director of our company. We reserve the right to make cancellation charges.
- 7.2 If purchasing a quote, the buyer accepts full responsibility for checking the accuracy of that quote.
- 7.3 The buyer assumes responsibility for the courses being suitable for the purpose for which they are purchased.
