The Telemarketer Role
We want people who are confident dealing with business owners or directors. You need to be a strong communicator and have the ability to engage with people to find out how we can help them. We want people who can book high quality appointments though outbound calls and emails for our field sales team to visit and close business. We don’t need a lot – just two appointments a day, but we do need quality and the more you book the better.
Salary and Benefits
We know rewarding staff is important so we pay an excellent basic salary, with up to £25k offered to people with the right experience. But if you are great at your Telemarketer role, we want to reward you further, so ‘on target earnings’ are around £33k but an uncapped commission structure means the world is your oyster.
